Kim Ruff Moore

Kim Ruff Moore is a Stellar Award-winning singer, songwriter, author, speaker, and entrepreneur whose life and career have been dedicated to inspiring audiences through music, literacy, and empowerment. In 2010, she was named Fan Favorite New Artist of the Year after receiving four Stellar Award nominations alongside gospel powerhouses Kim Burrell and Kierra Sheard Kelly.

A native of Vidalia, Georgia, Kim first gained recognition as Ms. Black Teen of Vidalia and has since grown into an internationally recognized voice of encouragement and hope. Her passion for uplifting others has led her to travel extensively, speaking and performing at schools, churches, conferences, and community events throughout the United States and beyond.

Kim is the founder of Girl Mash the Gas, a movement dedicated to inspiring women to pursue their dreams with confidence, purpose, and determination. Through this platform, she hosts an annual women's conference that empowers attendees to overcome obstacles and move boldly toward their goals.

She is also the founder of The Please Read Project, a literacy initiative committed to placing books into the hands of underprivileged children in rural and urban communities while encouraging a lifelong love of reading.

In addition to her speaking and advocacy work, Kim has performed the National Anthem for professional sports organizations, including the New York Mets and the Florida Marlins. Her powerful vocal ability and commanding stage presence have made her a sought-after performer at sporting events, civic celebrations, and special occasions across the country.

Kim is also one-half of the acclaimed gospel duo The New Consolers, performing alongside her husband, Jeffery Moore, a member of the world-famous The Soul Stirrers. Together, they record and perform under their independent music label and media company, Ruff Moore Media, continuing a tradition of excellence in gospel music while creating impactful content that reaches audiences around the world.
